WhoPaste is a little utility designed to make that process easier. It is an application that is accessible via a user-configurable hot key or a contextual menu. Simply select & copy the text, then use a hotkey to paste the info into your app of choice. Take a look at the screencasts, and specifically to one for WhoPaste to Daylite. Enjoy.
